Descrição da função

Ensure the order execution process is conducted as per the requirement of SAP system for orders received
from:
Retail sales division or direct from dealers
General trade sales division or direct from clients
Speciality sales division or direct from clients...
Timely transmission of orders to the Sales Admin and Dispatch
Verify that orders have timely delivered
Implementation of proper control for smooth execution of customer orders documentation and
Payments.
Deal with customers complains, queries, etc. in company’s best interest
Check that adjustments debit or credit notes are properly raised to correct the anomalies
Ensure that payments are effected according to the credit terms allowed to Dealers, General Trade and
Lubes Customers; Check on a daily basis Net work Customers outstanding balance and forward balances
to relevant persons
The debit and credit notes should immediately be posted in the respective Account; Any diversion should
immediately be followed by replacement order
Issue monthly Customer Account statements to Area Managers
Make sure that each concerned department receives on time the required documents needed(signed and
sealed invoices)
Ensure that employees are well versed in the use of any operating system and arrange training program
for the employees as needed
Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards; training staff to deliver a high standard
of customer service
Make sure that all customer queries/ complaints are handled efficiently.
Provide support to the resolution of maintenance issues
Participate in the enforcement of the safety regulations
Any other duties that may be assigned

  • Administração de Empresas
  • Gestão Comercial e Marketing
Aptidões necessárias

University degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent;
5-8 years experience in a middle management role;
Self motivated, organized;
Problem solving with good communication and negotiation skills;
Good people management skills and understanding of the provision of good customer service.
